Market Square Education will resolve all technical issues in one school day.
From the Genius login page click “Here” to recover password. Make you put in the same email address you use with Genius.
The most important part of achieving a high score is to thoroughly read the directions and answer the question(s) being asked. Pay attention to words like always, never and best. Review your possible answers prior to selecting the best answer for the question. Prior to starting the quiz or test it is important to review your study material.
If you got locked out of a Mastery test, you need to go back through the tutorial to unlock it yourself. If you got locked out of a Post Test or Final Test you will need to contact us: info@marketsquare.education.
Please note: Staff is only available during office hours to M-F 8-4 to get you back in after being locked out.
Extra credit is determined on a case by case basis. If you are less than a percentage point from moving up a letter grade, you have time left in your course and all your work is turned in and scored, your teacher can allow you to have an extra credit assignment. You also have to be in good academic standing – meaning you haven’t had an academic integrity investigation. However, if you don’t meet the criteria, extra credit is not offered.
