Market Square Education: Your Partner in Providing Student-Centered Educational Programs
Established in 2008, we provide flexible and unique solutions to meet student learning needs. We believe all students want to be successful. The personalized education that we provide creates a better future for all learners.
What is MSE?
Market Square Education is an accredited private school and a Washington State OSPI approved online provider. MSE offers a wide range of asynchronous online courses for grades 6-12.
Students enroll in Market Square Education for many reasons. Some students take one or two courses to supplement their public school or homeschool schedules. Some enroll with us as full-time private school students. Others take summer classes to jump ahead in their high schools. Market Square Education has open enrollment so students can start any weekday and aren’t limited to waiting for the start of a new term. Once enrolled, students have 24/7 access to their coursework throughout their enrollment and can work at their own pace through the course material. Enrollments last for 18 weeks per semester for regular credit and AP courses, and 9 weeks for Credit Recovery courses. Washington State Certificated teachers grade homework and answer questions.
MSE also partners with 2 Washington State school districts to offer an online Alternative Learning Experience (ALE) program. ALE is public education, which means students can take our courses full time at no cost. For more details click here (link to ALE page)
MSE offers an online Open Doors program in partnership with Curlew School District. This program is for students ages 16-21 who are at risk of not graduating and significantly credit deficient who need flexibility and a non-traditional school setting. Open Doors is also free to the student.
