Request Transcripts

Request Transcripts from Market Square Education to send to the college or university you are applying to. Transcripts are sent on Fridays.

You can request transcripts using this form. Completed anytime after your final grade has been entered.  Students (and parents) will receive an email when they can request their transcript.  If this form is completed prior to you having a final grade you will be asked to redo the form. Parents please do not request a copy to be sent to you – you already received a copy in the email. The purpose of this form is ONLY to send OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS to your school.

Transcripts are sent every FRIDAY.

If Friday is a holiday (like the day after Thanksgiving) the transcript will sent the following Friday.
