Our Story – Market Square Education

Since 2008, Northwest Liberty School has grown as a respected and flexible resource for high school counselors and parents.  “What’s the need and we can find a solution” caused NWLS to continue to push innovations and responsiveness that has benefitted thousands of students.  “We are like an educational ER for some students who need an immediate course to graduate and a market of school resources for others.”  What started with caring for a single student is now also serving schools and districts across the state and beyond.

To better represent the expansion and scope of our offerings, Market Square Education emerged.  Inspired by a popular market in downtown Seattle and the gathering of people, products, and services, schools and students need the same variety and availability of resources.  Market Square Education is a dynamic gathering of products and services.  We combine the foundation of an accredited school and Washington State approved online provider of curriculum to alliance building opportunities for schools, districts, and community partners.

The vision and passion that Bob Hagin started with are only increasing.  The commitments to program innovations, school-based solutions, and still the individual student push us to build engaging, quality, and sustainable education.  Collaborations with school districts are opening new programs and offerings for students.

Students need the best we can offer.  We invite students and schools to wander the aisles of Market Square.  Innovators, whether you are inside education or not, bring your dreams.  There is lots of room to offer more.  Space is open.
