Northwest Liberty School is proud to be approved and accredited by Northwest Accreditation Commission (NWAC), AdvancED, and National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA). Please read more about our relationships with these organizations below.
Northwest Accreditation Commission (NWAC) is a division of AdvancED.
AdvancED is a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization that conducts rigorous, on-site external reviews of PreK-12 schools and school systems to ensure that all learners realize their full potential. They are grounded in over a hundred years of work in accreditation and include major associations across the country including the North Central Association (NCA), the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS), and the Northwest Accreditation Commission (NWAC). All of our courses, those provided on-site, online, and independent study, are approved by these two agencies.
National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA)
The NCAA is a membership-driven organization dedicated to safeguarding the well-being of student-athletes and equipping them with the skills to succeed on the playing field, in the classroom, and throughout life. Their core values include commitment to collegiate model of athletics, the highest levels of integrity and sportsmanship, the pursuit of excellence in both academics and athletics, the supporting role that intercollegiate sports plays in enhancing a sense of community, an inclusive culture, respect, and presidential leadership. Northwest Liberty School supports these student-athletes in our approved ON-SITE classes. Please be sure to mention student NCAA eligibility during registration so that the student is registered for the correct class.
